He is a great resource in solving financial or business problems and his years in developing land for residential sub-divisions and new construction has positioned him to work with middle to upper income clients. Jim has also developed multi-generational housing and understands the importance in housing design that allow aging in place as a benefit to a homeowner.
Jim and his beloved wife Donna have been happily married for 42 years. Together they have two children and 9 grandchildren. Jim loves the outdoors and enjoys photography and kicking dirt. He likes to mentor others and currently has one of his grandsons as a Development Director trainee. Andrew's Landing at Upriver.
